Dr V Anne Smith:
Senior Lecturer



 



My research is in computational biology, specifically, in the analysis of complex biological networks. I develop and use functional network inference algorithms to reveal the functional interactions among elements of a network. I study gene regulatory, neural information flow, and ecological networks.
